Section
Social Media
This section applies all employees who:
- Posts on personal channels when content relates to your work, Envac, our customers, or our partners.
- Contributes to, appears in or manages Envac’s social media presence.
Social media is one of Envac’s most visible brand platforms. Every post, comment, like, or share can strengthen or damage the Envac brand, confuse stakeholders, or unintentionally offend audiences. Alignment, responsibility, and clarity are essential.
Brand Responsibility
All employees and partners are expected to:
- Protect Envac’s brand identity by respecting our tone of voice, visual style, and communication values.
- Avoid unapproved or off‑brand messaging if your content mentions Envac, your role, or implies
affiliation. - Treat social media as a reputation channel, not just a marketing tool.
Sensitive Topics (Religion, Politics, Other Issues)
- Envac maintains a neutral stance on
religious and political matters in all
official communications. - Do not post content (images, symbols, opinions) that directly or indirectly promotes religious or
political views when you are clearly associated with Envac. - Avoid using religious holidays or political events as “hooks” for posts unless they are part of an approved, localised campaign.
- When in doubt, do not post and instead consult your regional marketing or global communications team.
Personal Use, Disclaimers & Data Protection
When posting on your personal
accounts about Envac‑related topics:
- Keep your business profiles, like LinkedIn, updated.
- State that it’s your opinion if you’re not authorised to speak for Envac (e.g. “Views are my own, not those Chapter 1: Purpose & Applicability of my employer.”).
- Never share non‑public information:
forecasts, internal strategies, pricing, sales figures, internal presentations, or roadmap details. - Do not comment on legal matters (e.g. disputes, contracts, investigations).
- Protect privacy and confidentiality:
- Never post customer names, photos, or data without written consent.
- Do not share confidential projects, unannounced plans, M&A activity, or internal news.
Behaviour & Ethics Online
Use a respectful, people‑first tone and uphold Envac’s corporate values in all interactions.
- Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or harassing content of any kind.
- Do not engage in hostile exchanges.
If you encounter trolls or hate; block, report, or ignore, and escalate serious cases to the Global office. - Do not share third‑party content without source credit or permission.
Profile image:
Our profile image should always include our logo (see the example). Instagram profile images should be 110 x 110 pixels minimum. Since they are displayed as a circle, make sure that the elements you want to focus on in the image are centered so they don’t get cropped out. Facebook recommends a size of 170 x 170 pixels (Desktop) and 128 x 128 pixels (Smartphone).
Social media
Communicating in squares
We always use pictures that are 1080 x 1080 pixels, wanting to make the most of our visual appearance in our social media channels.
